Great except BCA error. Miscalculated by BCA (72" male. Said 26%, bca table says 27%)

This app has NEVER failed me. Been using it for years now! TYSVM.

Have been using this app for years, even after the official Navy app came out. This app is WAY more user-friendly than the official app. Much more streamlined, and uses numbers and a layout that are simple and straightforward, unlike the official one. Developer is meticulous with updates, and I was thrilled to see the new plank/rowing standards available already. Fantastic job, thank you so much for this great resource :D

The row standards are not correct for women.

Not even in the Navy anymore but I still use this for my mock pfa's🙂. Great resource for sailors (and former sailors like myself) to practice their fitness levels. I just wish I could keep track of my progress within the app.

Queen Nikki

Matches PRIMS. only issue is it stops at 276 pounds for bike calculations so I have to extrapolate.

Casey Bates

I'm currently over the max weight on the app but still witihin standards, how am i to know how many calories to burn on the bike? Other than that new gripe all good.

It's almost perfect. Easy to figure out where you stand and keep track of your goals. If it had a timer for two, two minute periods and a prompt for scores after each one and then a stop watch option for the run/swim/bike it would be perfect to see where you stand before you do the official PFA.

The only thing this needs is the ability to weigh more than 276lbs.
